The Sealing Protocol

Pressurization
We pump high-pressure Nitrogen gas into the system to forcefully expose micro-leaks in the coils.
Brazing
Once the leak is pinpointed, we use an oxy-acetylene torch to melt a solid silver-copper alloy over the hole.
Vacuuming
We run a heavy-duty vacuum pump to remove all oxygen and moisture from the lines.
Injection
Using a digital scale, we inject the exact gram-perfect weight of pure refrigerant specified by the manufacturer.
