By requesting a quote, scheduling a technician, or signing an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC), you confirm that you have the legal authority to bind yourself or the business you represent to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

Kryonix Air guarantees the quality of our workmanship. Our specific warranty policies are as follows:

• Rapid Repairs: A 1-year (365 days) warranty on the specific part replaced and the labor performed to replace it.
• Smart Installations: A 1-year guarantee on pipe flaring and mounting stability. This does not cover manufacturer defects in the AC unit itself.
• Gas Refilling: A 6-month guarantee that the brazed leak will hold pressure.

Warranties are voided if a third-party contractor, or the homeowner, attempts to modify or repair the system after our technicians have completed their work.

Full payment is due upon the completion of residential services unless a prior commercial credit agreement has been established. We accept all major credit cards, digital wallets, and bank transfers.

Estimates vs. Final Invoices: Diagnostic quotes are estimates based on initial inspections. If our technicians discover additional, hidden damage (e.g., a burnt compressor after replacing a blown capacitor), we will halt work and require your explicit authorization for the revised cost before proceeding.

We understand that emergencies change. You may cancel any standard service appointment up to 12 hours before the scheduled arrival time with zero penalty.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 2 hours of a dispatched technician, or situations where the technician arrives but is denied access to the property, will incur a standard $75 dispatch fee.

Refunds: Refunds for spare parts are only issued if the part is deemed defective out-of-the-box by our engineers. Labor charges are strictly non-refundable once the service has been rendered.
